Terms of service

Last updated: September 2, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Crochet Craft online store and your purchase and use of our digital products. By visiting the store, placing an order, or downloading a product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use our products.

1. Digital products

Crochet Craft sells digital crochet patterns, including the 45 Crochet Patterns Bundle. The bundle is supplied as a 162-page PDF file. No physical product, yarn, crochet tools, or printed material will be shipped.

Product photographs show examples and inspiration. Your finished results may vary depending on your materials, crochet tension, skill level, device display, and other factors.

2. Orders and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Applicable taxes may be added based on your location. You agree to provide accurate billing, contact, and payment information. An order is accepted when payment is successfully processed and an order confirmation is issued. We may cancel and refund an order if fraud, unauthorized payment, a pricing error, or another material problem is identified.

3. Delivery and access

Digital products are normally made available after successful payment through the order confirmation page, email, or a download service. You are responsible for providing a valid email address, checking your spam folder, and downloading and securely storing your files. If you do not receive access or the file is damaged, contact us through our Contact page and include your order number.

Download links may be subject to reasonable security, time, or download-count limits. We may replace an expired link for a verified customer when reasonably possible.

4. Technical requirements

The product is a PDF intended for use on a phone, tablet, or computer with current PDF-reading software. Internet access is required to receive and download the file. Printing is optional and requires your own printer or a third-party print service. You are responsible for confirming that your device, software, storage, and printer are suitable before purchasing. Unless the product page states otherwise, the file is provided in English and is not an editable source file.

5. Personal-use license

Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased patterns. You may download the file to your personal devices, keep reasonable backup copies, print copies for your own use, and use the patterns to create finished items for yourself or as personal gifts.

You may not:

  • resell, share, sublicense, distribute, publish, or upload the PDF or any pattern;
  • give copies or download access to another person;
  • remove copyright or ownership notices;
  • claim the patterns, instructions, layouts, or photographs as your own;
  • use the files to create a competing pattern, bundle, course, or digital product; or
  • use the patterns or finished items commercially unless we give prior written permission.

A separate purchase is required for each user. Please contact us before any proposed business, teaching, group, or commercial use.

6. Refunds, cancellations, and withdrawal rights

Because our products are digital and are made available immediately, orders cannot normally be cancelled or refunded after download or access has begun. Before access begins, we may ask you to expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose any statutory cancellation or withdrawal right once performance begins, where the law permits this.

This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded. If a file is defective, materially different from its description, inaccessible because of an issue on our side, or purchased more than once by mistake, contact us promptly. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement, correction, refund, or other remedy when required by applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

All patterns, text, photographs, graphics, branding, and other content supplied by Crochet Craft are owned by us or used under license and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of that content. Only the limited license stated above is granted.

8. Acceptable use of the store

You must not misuse the store, interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content unlawfully, make a fraudulent purchase, or use the store or products in violation of applicable law. We may restrict access or revoke a license for a material breach of these terms, without limiting any rights already available to us by law.

9. Product information and availability

We aim to describe our products accurately, but minor typographical, technical, or display errors may occur. We may correct errors and update or discontinue products. Changes will not reduce statutory rights relating to an order already accepted.

10. Third-party services

Our store, checkout, payment processing, email delivery, and file delivery may be provided by Shopify and other third-party services. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply to your use of those services. We are not responsible for a third party's independent acts or service interruptions, but this does not affect our obligations to provide remedies required by law.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Crochet instructions require individual judgment and care. You are responsible for choosing appropriate materials and using tools safely. To the fullest extent allowed by law, products are supplied without warranties beyond those expressly stated in these terms or required by law, and we do not guarantee a particular finished result.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Crochet Craft will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the store or product. Our total liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase. These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including applicable consumer guarantees or liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death, or personal injury where such exclusion is prohibited.

12. Governing terms

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Crochet Craft, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our products, services, or legal obligations change. The current version and its update date will be posted on this page. The terms in effect when your order was placed will continue to govern that purchase unless a change is required by law.

14. Contact

Questions about these terms, your order, or a technical issue can be submitted through the Contact page in this store. Please include your order number when asking for help with a purchase.
